Trying To Fake It Empty

Nothing turns a potential deal sour quicker than trying to fake your way through a pitch. Know your products strengths and weaknesses. Don't hide facts that they will find out anyway. If you are upfront with a company about certain hurdles you expect to run into they may have solutions you have not thought of to solve that issue. If you have competition for the same market tell them how you plan on getting your market share. If you show a potential licensee that you have done your homework and can show how you still can make a profit and carve out your own niche you improve your chances of success.
