Inventory Empty

I have heard of people who get product inventory before going after sales. I was thinking of getting the sales first, by showing samples, then filling those orders. Does this limit my chances of getting my product into the big retailers? I just don't want to get stuck with a garage full of product.

Thanx!

Hey Susan...

Smart approach! I get dozens of calls a month from inventors who load up on inventory and have absolutely no skills or contacts to sell it! As long as you are prepared with a factory that can produce inventory fairly quickly if you get an order, you are fine sending samples and "pre-selling" and I have done this often in my own companies. Call me at 770-579-0843 if you want to discuss further.
