From a member:

How can I find an investor to fund the next phase of my invention?

I have a prototype, patent, a factory in China lined up and I have a distributor to work with.

Thanks!

Hello,

Before you seek investors, there are a few things you'll need:
Business plan (market, product, company, financials).
How much money you need (and why).
Types of funding you are seeking (debt, equity).
The return on investment for the investors, and when.
What type of investors you are interested in dealing with (friend, family, angels, venture capitalists).
Note: banks usually do not fund startups unless you put up cash equivalent collateral.
When you do these, then search for investors.
If you are interested, the following is an eBook that explains the funding process.
