How do you choose a Manufacturer?

- How do you choose the best manufacturer to present/pitch your product to all the 'big players'?

. Do you base it on reputation of the company? Or the terms of the contract (whatever pays you most)?

Most of the time you research..but keep in mind, the companies that license things are not the same set you would approach if you had a developed product
