Market Viability? Empty
PostSubject: Market Viability?   Market Viability? EmptySat Jan 09, 2010 11:39 am

I think my invention has incredible possibilites but it's so simple that a lawyer say's it's not patantable?Should I beef it up as he say's to proceed to a patant (but that changes the simplicity)?.

Changing the invention to make it patentable is not the way to go. Your first priority is to make sure your invention is marketable. One way to do this is to gather feedback from your likely target market and have them offer suggestions as to how the invention should look and feel.

Also, if you self-market your invention, you don't need a patent.
