how long?

i've asked the person in charge of merchandising twice to sign an NDA- and she said, i'll talk to "legal" and then advise... well, it's been 2 weeks, and nothing. they are probably not used to getting these requests, as it is bridal-
how do i politely bug her? i know i'm not their top priority- but, really.

You have already waited two weeks I would give her a call on the third week. Tell her you are not wanting to bug her, but really want to get things rolling especially with the holidays right around the corner. Because once you hit the holidays you are going to see things really get slow as people take vacation time so they don't lose it for the year. Ask her how long she thinks it will be for a response so you don't keep bugging her and you know she is busy.

well, I emailed three times - pretty much once a week. if that isn't bugging, i don't know what is... i don't understand why she won't even acknowledge my emails... ? geez - how hard is that?
is there another avenue i can go? it's just an nda for pete's sakes.
any suggestions?

Have you tried calling anyone else within the company to see if she is on vacation or no longer holding that position in the company? If she avoiding your contact it may be time to look for another company.
